Underwear is worn through-out the treatment at all times.
You can chose to wear a bra if you are shy.You will feel relaxed through out, but you have the choice of a relaxing or stimulating massage, where different techniques are used. It is very stimulating and as well as relaxing. After the 1st session you will notice a reduction in pain.
